The current President of Udaipur Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UWCCI), I, Dr. Neeta Mehta is the founder and owner of NMG Abrasives. I started my business in the year 2000 with my husband Hemendra Mehta in Udaipur. NMG Abrasives is one of the leading manufacturing company of high quality stone polishing Abrasives and chemicals. From very beginning the group has focused on its care principles of customer service, quality, value for money and innovation and it is these principles that have enabled the group to gain the trust of customers. We have always focused on adoption of latest technologies.
I was born in the year 1976 in Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh). My parents are Smt. Kusum Devi and Sh. Parasmal ji Borana . I have two children named Vidhi and Avi.
I have done my graduation , post graduation in commerce & later Ph. D in finance. To be an entrepreneur was my childhood dream, and also to be called a doctor. But as I was least interested in biology so I did Ph.D and accomplished my dream.
I am also the member of Udaipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI) , Executive member of Laghu Udyog Bharti and Executive member of Consumer Right Organisation (CRO).

The Current Secretary of Udaipur Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tina Soni is the proprietor of Tirupati Gems and jewellery. She started her career from finance in 1995 and then entered into jewelry designing and business development. she was married to Mr. Radheyshyam Soni in 1992 and settling into a business family had its own positives for Tina. Over the years she has gathered experience and expertise in handcrafted Gold jewellery and her specialisation in designing has made her stand out in the Sarafa Association as well as the Soni Community. In 1996 she started Shubhlaxmi Jewellers along with her her husband's support and made it a trusted name in hallmark gold and kundan Jadau jewellery. Her positive mindset and perseverance has made her a confident and successful entrepreneur. In 2018 she launched another brand Tishyam Happy Pearls which is an import export company with wholesale in pearls and diamonds. Within 3 years Tishyam Happy Pearls has showcased in more than 10 national international jewellery shows. She is the only entrepreneur from Udaipur to exhibit in all these jewelry shows across the country. Her level of expertise and international exposure is commendable. Her educational qualifications are B.Com, Diploma in Business Administration from Madras University, Certificate course in Gems identification and Masters in Yoga from Vishwabharti University. She is member of CRO, Laghu Udyog Bharti, Bhartiya lions Parisangh and Swarn Mahasang foundation. Wherever she stands today in life, the credit goes to her family and blessings of almighty .
The most famous saying said by the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru is “To awaken the people, it is the women who must be awakened. Once she is on the move, the family moves, the village moves, the nation moves”. Women are generally perceived as home makers with little to do with economy or commerce. But this picture is changing. Women across India are showing an interest to be economically independent. Women are coming forth to the business arena. Women in India now participate in areas such as education, sports, politics, media, art , culture, service sector , science and technology. At UWCCI we come up with the platform for the women for social, economic, political and legal strength of the women, to ensure that women become confident and strengthen their Entrepreneur skills.
